We enable leaders and intrapreneurs to shape future-proof organisations. As experienced
facilitators, project managers and advisors of meaningful innovation we have a passion to pave
the way to the new economy. We are part of WorldStartup, the entrepreneurship platform that
supports impact-driven startups and intrapreneurs from idea to scale-up.

Innovation project support
Our innovation program managers play a crucial role in co-creating future proof organization
but cannot do it alone. They need support to scale their impact at clients, that is why we are
looking for young talented students who would like to support our innovation projects.
Examples of projects that are currently running:
● Support NGOs to start open innovation initiatives and co-create meaningful solutions
● Develop and execute an entrepreneurial training programs for teachers
● Develop and execute a challenge innovation program with governments and corporates
● Set-up an international innovation platform for agriculture and tech

Marketing support
As Outside Inc. we need to be visible to be able to scale our impact. We try to share meaningful
stories and clear messages regarding our impact & services online. We want to give our clients
and the work we do a podium that ignites positive change around us. As marketing support, we
need your help to lead the short term communication strategy by executing a heartbeat of
communication activities.

Your job
You will help us design, develop and execute the innovative project work we do at our clients.
Concrete tasks might be; gathering insights (doing interviews or desk research), co-creating
innovative content and presentations, preparing and co-facilitating both on- and offline
meetings and internal projects e.g. service development, events or campaigns. Next, you will
have a central role in the marketing of Outside Inc; leading the design and execution of our
short term marketing strategy.

Your profile
Meaningful innovation is what makes you tick. You have a hands-on attitude, a learning
mindset and interest in marketing. You are open to learn while proactively doing new things.
You like working in a dynamic and creative environment. You stay calm and are able to focus on
the most important things. Beginning project management skills, including working with PPT,
excel and other relevant tools, is a must. Dutch and English language proficiency is required.
You are available at least 3 days per week for a period of at least 4-6 months. Starting
Juli/August/September 2021

Our offer
We offer a great work experience for the project managers or innovation consultants of the
future. You will become part of an international and impact driven environment (B-corp
certified) where you can learn more about innovation processes, intrapreneurships and
startups. Depending on your availability, experience and expected contribution as marketing
support a maximum of 300 EU,- per month compensation is available.
