LOB is looking for a new board

The Landelijk Overlegorgaan Bestuurskundeverenigingen (LOB) is looking for a new Board member for the 2026-2027 association year! LOB is an umbrella organization that facilitates consultation and contact between all public administration study associations in the Netherlands. We organize six-weekly General Meetings for knowledge exchange, after which we have dinner and drinks with members. We also organize national events such as the Public Administration Challenge and the LOB weekend for our members. Because LOB is a national organization, board members must be willing to travel for meetings, drinks, conferences, and other activities. A board year at LOB is voluntary and varies in time constraints depending on the position and time of year.

A board year at LOB is also perfectly compatible with full-time studies and a social life! As a board member, you are a team, so you can count on the support of your fellow board members during a particularly busy period.

If you are interested in a year on the national board, please send your cover letter and CV to _secretaris@bestuurskundeoverleg.nl by November 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted in the first week of November. Please ensure you are available on November 14th from 2:30 PM and on January 9th from 2:30 PM.
